- In a clean bowl beat butter and sugar using a whisk until the sugar completely dissolves.
- Break in an egg and continue whisking until light and fluffy add in milk, and baking powder beat for further 2 minutes or until creamy
- Fold in the flavor, and then the flour
- Add your peanut butter, chopped snicker bar and dates
- Add in chopped almonds, pecan nuts, dried grapes and chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 12 mins and roll into balls dip in flour and arrange in the oven leaving some gaps between.
- Bake in a preheated oven, over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before serving, I ate more than half of mine before cooling because of the irresistible nice smell and taste 😋 best eaten with hot tea or a cold drink. These cookies can be kept for as long as a week in an air right container.
